Read these reviews and boycott Factory Wrench!! I couldn't believe the disrespect I got just from asking a simple question. Nathan cussed at me, belittled me, offended me, and he's lucky hes getting to be an old man or I would've felt the need to press him a little bit. No one should be treated the way I was by just trying to get their bike fixed. I really hope Nathan shuts down for good. He wants to move out of "shitty California" with his "dead parents money". If you go here you are literally supporting a problem in the community. This place sucks!!!!!!!!! He will rip you off and try to be your friend but once you figure him out and call him out for his wrongdoings and thats when he flips his switch.
