I know this company as ink4ever.com. This company has changed its name to eink2go.com because it does not want to bear its former name which has a bad reputation.
I ordered a Brother ink cartridge and have regretted it ever since. The cartridge did not work well from the day I put it in and kept registering on my printer and on my computer that it was empty. I did research to see if there was a reset on the printer or computer, to no avail. The cartridge prints blank pages sometimes and seemed to be running out of ink at about 350 pages, when it's touted to printed 2500.
I contacted the company and was told to send the cartridge back for exchange. I asked for a prepaid shipping label and was given a false number. I asked again the next day and was again given a false number. The agent told me it was a shipping number, but it was actually a reference number for their company. Finally eight days later I was given a shipping number.
After this run around I've decided not to bother with this company and either buy retail or from Amazon.com. It's worth the extra $10.
ink4ever.com, A.K.A. eink2go.com is a bad business choice. You will never get satisfaction and will be blamed for their bad products.
