Z-Tronics does not hold their employees word on pricing. We called to get a quote on a part and was told the part was ~$45, which we charged our customer. We then called a day later to order the part and was told the part was now ~$85. When I attempted to speak with a supervisor I was dealt with rudely and hung up on 3 times. We then decided to look elsewhere for the part. It was found in FRANCE and the total WITH SHIPPING and CONVERSION FEES came in under the original quoted price from Z-Tronics. We will never deal with this company again and, from experience, strongly suggest no one else does as well.
