I bought four units, one large and three small for the living room and the bedrooms. The humidifiers filled up water trays within an hour that were difficult to empty and the rooms heated painfully slow. Two of the units leaked and ruined my hardwood floors. After 30 days ALL FOUR of the units completely stopped working and the return policy was void. This company took $1342.70 of my money for faulty products and didn't return phone calls when the products started breaking down. The units were purchased the units on 11/27/09 and I sent emails on 12/19/09 and 12/22/09 to complain about the products not working and requesting a refund. Because of their delayed response my "30 day refund policy" expired. This kind of business should not be legal in America.
