Saved us a bunch of $$ Our neighbor recommended we call Steve and what we found was a refreshing bit of honesty that turned out to not cost us a dime! We lost power to about half our house but could not distinguish a pattern nor get any sort of predictable response from tripping breakers, etc. Steve suggested it was a problem with the city line, made the call to the city for us - and he was right. Most electricians would have made the visit out, charged for the service call and then given us that news. I have a lot of respect for him and his honesty in not bilking us for money when he suspected it was a job for the city. We will be calling him back if we have another electrical problem that he can help us with!
