DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY... BIG MISTAKE!!!
THEY HAVE HAD MY FURNITURE FOR OVER 100 DAYS NOW AND REFUSE TO DELIVER REMAINING FURNITURE AND BOXES!!!!
White Flower Van Lines dba Blue Jay Van Lines charged me twice as much as they initially quoted. I had an out of state move and detailed all of the items which needed to be moved. They sent a small rented Budge rental truck and two men, when we needed three times the truck size and at least four men. They only delivered half of our items, and that was supposed to be acceptable? They had to go back to the other state and pick up the remaining items. They never picked up all of the items requested, they just argued with us about whether or not they could fit it on the truck. They didn't want to take my fake trees because they could be stopped thinking they were real trees. In the end, it has been over three and one-half months (to date) and they still have several remaining boxes of my kitchen pots and pans and other immediately needed items that I have had to go without for over 100 days now and counting. They promised to fed ex these boxes and remaining furniture items to us three weeks ago.
Eric was the mover and although nice to your face, is very unreliable and undependable. He will give you specific times that he will be there and show up 30 hours later after several excuses. Forrest was very nice on the phone until the problems started happening. Then he hands you over to Sarah who is supposed to deal with it, and is incapable of resolving anything.
Don't trust this company. Go with someone like Allied Van Lines or another company you can trust.
