Westwood and the legal department has been on the horse and riding out full steam ahead for me, my husband and my house. Amy has been a blessing, and the road has left us with many sleepless nights due to our own fears. She was always there to come to the rescue to let me know the immediate steps that were ahead and what to do next. Westwood has absolutely been there for me from Jennifer at the receptionist phones to Francis and George when I needed and deep ear to spout about Ocwen to.
We were totally SCR__D by Ocwen since the beginning almost 11 years ago. Then with the confusing tactics Ocwen used a lay person would be left in the dust and that how they prey on their victims.
Amy and the legal department did great research and discovery on my case and went to town right away. Ocwen is running scared with their pants down so to say. Thank you so much for being there when no one else would (even the so called government stay in your home project) and so many others!
