Do your homework before you buy from this company. We purchased one of their advanced airsoft guns, one actually recommended by one of the sales reps. The gun quit working about two weeks later. We contacted hitguns.com and they agreed to take the weapon back and service it, it cost me shipping. Per instructions from the service dept we sent everything back gun-magazine-battery. The returned gun arrived about two weeks later fixed but no magazine or battery. After contacting them they sent out a magazine but still no battery. They refuse to send the battery out claiming they are following "company policy". I made every attempt to speak with a supervisor or a manager but apparently they do not have one... If I had to do all over again I would have paid extra and bought from a local store where I could look the sales associate in the eye.
