I signed up with this company January 2010. I was told by this company, that the bank would not look at my situation favorably if I was not 2 months behind. I was also assured in the contract signed that if after 180 days they were not able to obtain a loan modification, I would have a full refund ( my only reason for signing up) now after a year thee is no modification and now instead of a full refund, the lawyer Ms. Ha is offering to ask the bank to allow me to spread my arrears payments over 3 to 6 months. If could have done this for myself. This company is $2000 richer and my mortgage arrears and penalties is now near $3000. These people are crooks. They collected money from me even after the attorney general prohibited payments before service. I am about reporting the lawyers to the legal board and see if I can be refunded from the legal fund. This company is filled with promises, they are always working on your case, but no results. Stay away from them.
