They came out in a prompt manner. Repair tech went straight to work. I cam over to ask how things were going and he wouldn't answer me b/c he was too busy talking in another language on the phone. About 30 minutes after he got there he said the machine was working, gave me a invoice and expected me to pay it. In my experience, a tech will tell you what the problem is, tell you how much it will cost to fix it and when the bid is approved, they fix it.
This guy did no such thing. His boss was arguing with me how difficult the job was. I didn't go for it and wanted to pay a realistic price for his services, NOT what was on paper.
Needless to say the machine broke four hours later and they refused to come service their warranteed work.
Stay away from this company!
