I spent around 10,000 on the internet. I got a refrigerator that I had to wait forever for and it had been speared by a forklift. We didn't accept it and had to wait forever more I got it yesterday and the man moving it in didn't use a padded handtruck. When I saw it out of the box, it was ok. But by the time it got in, the side was dented up from the handtruck.I didn't notice that part until he was gone. It was too big for the space, my fault....but if it had arrived in a timely manner, I wouldn't have to go back and get the cabinets moved and the granite re cut. It was ordered on 2/15 and I just got it yesterday on 3/31.
The cook stove timer doesn't seem to work.
Also, my husband called about the hood and he was told to order a hood liner and lights. We got them and the hood fit, but the liner and lights did not. You people told him what we needed and now, because our contractor does not open boxes within 48 hours (sorry he is a little busy) we are stuck with this, because of your unsatisfactory return policy.
All in all, no one was very nice....you were very slow in producing when I had a contractor working and you couldn't care less if someone spends $1 or $10,000 hard earned dollars. No personal thank yous...just a robotron calling about delivery dates. Your return policy stinks and I am not happy

We sincerely regret that your contractor failed to inspect the purchase in time.
In regards to the damaged product, you noted that you refused the first delivery due to damages. We regret that this protocol was not applied to the second item. WDC would have happily sent a replacement item.
We also acknowledge the frustration with the length of delivery time. As a retailer and not a manufacturer, WDC is at the mercy of the manufacture. In some cases, as this one, one or more products may be backordered through the manufacturer. The sales department is very forthright with providing when the item may become available. If the delivery time is unacceptable, our knowledgeable sales department can suggest a similar product that may be delivered sooner or that we have in stock.
