Pros: Seem to have excellent prices and customer service. I got a phone call shortly after placing my order to confirm it and give me a shipping estimate. Got another call when the item was shipped with very good info what the delivery process would be, tracking info email was slow though.
Cons: Everything is great, until you need to return something. Bought a $489 over-the-range microwave, free shipping. Discovered it won't really fit where it needs to go so I canceled the delivery. Got a call from WDC that after restocking fee and shipping, to AND from, that the fees would be almost $340. I ended up accepting the microwave hoping I can sell it locally for less of a loss.

We strongly recommend double checking the measurements required for the item, and discussing the size with the sales department prior to purchase. Our sales department has the exact dimensions of all of our appliances on file and this can eliminate unwanted purchases. Not to mention we have uploaded all of the manufactures dimensions and installation guides for all of the products we carry on our website.
