Run for the hills - worse service ever!

Now two weeks and have not gotten refund check on a product that was dented when delivered and the delivery people want to use a dolly up my new wooden stairs rather than with a carrying devise. Plus it was suppose to be delivered on the first and it was
backordered and delivered two week later - so that almost 4 week they have my money!
