Seems like the same problem as the other reviewer, and the plurality of people on Amazon reviewing V-Moda's products. I purchased these headphones with great hope. After 3 months the left bud stopped working. I proceeded to fill out the warranty form, as V-Moda's website boasts of their great limited warranty. However, after filling out the form, I was told that the company Amazon had ship the order was not covered under warranty. So although the order was fulfilled by Amazon, who is a covered company, the warranty would not be honored. V-moda did offer me half off any product in their store. However, I was reluctant to spend even half the money on a product that breaks after a couple of months and on a company that finds loopholes rather than standing behind the craftsmanship of their product.
Overall, the headphones were decent when they worked, but I would not expect them to work for long nor would I expect V-Moda to honor the warranty. I would strongly suggest avoiding V-moda, there are other cheap headphones manufactured by companies that value customers.
