Switch service without owners permission

I just got a bill for over $1000.00 for my small business phone. I called my phone company to find out this UTI switched my phone service with out my permission!! When I called them they had a recording that was supposivley one of my employees answering questions and they got employee to say yes and they switched my service. They never ask for owner, they never ask for written agreement. They just took employee for someone who paid the bills. The person who called was foreign and you could hardly understand him. When I called they said they had it recorded and that is how they were able to put the service in effect. Wrong!!!! The recording does not even sound legit! We need to shut this place down! This is wrong and there is no way they should even call our place of business and try to sell over the phone when they do not even know who they are talking to! Is there any law suits against them???
