I have to coincide with the latest review. If it wasn't for United States Van Lines I would still be stranded in my old home. I booked a job with another moving company which I am not gonna mention and was going crazy because they were not returning my calls, the customer service was AWFUL and I had already sent 1000 dollars to reserve my move.
If everything was already going wrong, imagine if I had waited for the actual moving date? Then my ex neighbor now :( told me that when they moved to Vermont where we used to live, they used United States Van Lines and that they were pretty good. I decided to call and explain my situation to see if they could help me out. And guess what? THEY DID!!! I am already settled here in Dallas and although I lost the deposit I gave this other pseudo company, I had the peace of mind of knowing that this time I was actually going to see my belongings again and that the move in fact, was going to take place.
So if you are looking for a moving company that will really care for much more than just the booking and the money, then United States Van Lines is the solution for you.
