I have been going through United financial service for about two years and just recently my creditors have contacted me regarding non-payments. United financial service is a company that is supposed to help those with credit card problems get back on track with their credit. Every month United financial services would take money out of my checking account and disperse it to the creditors, in turn for going through united financial I would get my interest rate reduced. Of course there was a monthly fee to be a part of this program, which I understood. After being contacted by my creditors I contacted United financial, my contact person was Pam. She kept assuring me that she would look into my situation but nothing was ever done about the missing money that my creditors never seen. She kept asking for more information, leaving it to me to figure out why these creditors are calling me. After researching my one account; I found that what United financial was doing is through a matter of several months they would send the money later and later to the creditors, until by the 5th month it would look like they were paying every month to the creditor and that it was the creditors fault, not United financial. But in turn by the fifth month they created a space big enough between dispursment cycles that they could pocket a month's worth of the money that was supposed to be paid to the creditors. Their response was we will call your creditor and change the due date. "This was to hide their own tracks that they just took your money" they are not easy to ketch...
