First of all, please don't trust these bastard liars, abusive and thieves people that the only thing they would do is a horrible job starting with customer service and ending in stealing your belongings just like they did to my family.
I used this company a month ago to move from Florida to Nebraska and thanks god I paid for extra insurance to cover all my house furniture because if not they would have taken everything else.
My big issue with this company still is that they stole the box where all mines and my husband's clothes where.
It never got to my final destination. They don't even know what happened to it and they have been looking for it for more than 3 weeks and every time you call this lady "Patricia" or even the manager "Karin" they don't have a concrete answer.
They want to pay me $36 for a big box full of good brand clothes. Incredible uhh?
Oh well, if you wanna deal of all of these drama then go ahead and make a fool of yourself because these people don't even have respectful drivers and reliable people.
Make sure to choose a well known company to handle your things even though you have to pay a lil extra, otherwise you'll end up expending more money buying a new whole set of clothes for your entire family.
