Well as you can see Unique Van Lines emailed back from my post I wrote. Everything in there was a big lie!!!!! HMMMM..... I wonder who wrote that, maybe KARIN who is suppose to be out of the country. They all play little games. And no never once said it would take up to 21 days from the time the estimated date was given. Karin said 3 to 7 business days. So that was aa lie. And of course I was cursing left to right, all my stuff was smashed, and broke!!!!!! Wouldn't you be mad??? If you look at the complaints so was half of everyone elses. And Patricia yesterday said she PERSONALLY mailed us a claim form. Still haven't gotten that, and today is friday. So where is that. Thats another lie!!!!!!!! This company is horrible, and like I said it will eventually be shut down after I'm done!!!!! No claim form, not even a call back from Karin!!!!! What kind of people are you!!!!! Nothing on there papers say 21 days that I SIGNED!!!!!! Get your crap together, and all your lies straight. And no i CALLED PATRICIA ON MONDAY, AND SHE SAID THE TRUCK WAS IN FLORIDA THEN 20 MINS LATER THEY CALLED AND SAID THEY WERE IN JERSEY. And actually Karin the 3 movers that were here said they didn't even work for your company, it was there boss that knew you and Patricia. They actually felt bad for everything that was going on. Said they didn't even know you guys. So stop lying!!!!!!!

Ms. Kathryn Stalker did a contract with Unique Van Lines for the up coming move from Tampa, FL to Staten Island, NY, Ms. Kathryn Stalker move took place on September 25, 2011, When we do a contract we send to the customer a order for service were they have to electronically sign confirming everything is right especially the inventory and of course the customer did sign for it.
And on the order for service it does says (The estimate is a binding and guaranteed estimate based on information that the customer has provided us (zip codes, inventory etc...) (Any additional items or services will result in an additional charge.
Price is subject to increase if the inventory is increased at the time of pick up.)
In our paperwork there a document that the customer needs to fill out with all the information that we need, the document is called (Long Distance Form), the customer filled out the information and there’s a paragraph that it says:
THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE DATE I CAN RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT IS ______/______/______
(Delivery can take up to 21 business days from the earliest date listed above)
And the customer wrote down October 2, 2011. So delivery didn’t not take 2 weeks as the customer is stated in the complain. Delivery was made October 3, 2011.
As we explain to the customer once the truck leaves Florida we will contact the customer with estimate time of delivery and driver name and phone, One of our staff had contacted Ms. Kathryn Stalker to give her an updated and customer refused to receive the information. And first of all when Patricia spoke to Ms. Kathryn Stalker on October 3, she told the customer that her belongings were in New York already not in Florida maybe the customer didn’t hear Patricia seen the customer was yelling and cursing from left to right, Once we got in contact with the driver he told me he could make the deliver on October 3 that he had another delivery but it got cancelled this is a moving business not a UPS or Fed EX trucks.
Our policy i
