Allow us to present the facts:
-Kimberly has purchased her laptop in May of 2009
-9 Months later she indicated that her laptop had a virus
-Even though the laptop was out of warranty, we've cleaned off the viruses and shipped it back free of charge to her
-In March of 2010 she has gotten a virus again and this time wanted a full refund
-We indicated that full refund was not possible 10 months after the original purchase and offered to clean the laptop again from the viruses and we've offered free shipping too
-The next thing we've heard from Kimberly was the negative review
We do stand behind our laptops even after the warranty expires whenever it is possible.
It is very unfortunate that from time to time we have to come across a situation in which we simply can not fulfill an unreasonable request.
Our business has been operating at the same location since 1986 and we're planning to stay here for many more years.
