was a customer for many years,never a claim, recently renewed in November, bought the platinum package with technology (I always get the best to avoid problems) had a problem in February and was told that I did not have the technology package, I told them must be a mistake as I have a history of the same package for years.
They were eager to sell me a new package in November but wouldn't fix the mistake they made, they said they could rewrite it but my navigation system wouldn't be covered since they already knew it was not working, even though they made the mistake.
They treated me like dirt and the manager "Mark" came on the phone to tell me to *uck off and that I "have no recourse".
I would stay away from these people, they also state they are registered with the BBB, they are not, they were also operating without a business license per the Costa Mesa chamber of commerce. Buyer Beware!
