Great Service

I was very pleased with the service at US Direct Protect. I had purchased my warranty a few months ago and only until recently it was just for peace of mind. I got into a mild accident while taking my kids to school a week or so ago and I was not sure
what to do about it. I remembered US Direct and just searched on my phone to call them. The representative was very friendly and quickly understood what I needed and transferred me to the right people who took care of me. Got my care all fixed up and it didn't
cost me a dime! I will definitely be using them for all my future cars once factory warranty is over.
