From the ease of ordering online (discounted from the stores), to having someone call and double check the size before submitting my order to make sure everything was correct. I have never dealt with an online store that was more effective and courteous – not to mention the minimal time it took to receive the Tungsten ring (which my fiancé loves). My sincere appreciation for everything your company has done to ensure the quality and speediness of their products and I will definitely be back in the future for other jewelry.
