Possibly one of the worst small community banks in Florida which is not surprising considering all of their branches are in Miami. Their customer service is horrible. People are extremely slow to get back to you and sometimes dont even respond at all. If someone calls you back or emails you back within 1 week consider yourself lucky. Their technology is horrible. Their monthly statements are something out of the stone age. Do not use this bank.
