The owner of Tops Jewelry Vahid (David) Molayam falsely represented the diamond he sold us during a trade-in as being of much higher quality that it really was. We took the stone to an appraiser after we purchased it and discovered the Mr. Molayam misrepresented color and clarity ratings. When we complained and showed him documentation as a resolution, Mr. Molayam promised to credit back $500.00 (even though he overcharged us closer to $1500.00) but he never did even after we wrote him three letters. He took advantage of our trust and dishonestly profited.
