WARNING - AGAINST DOING BUSINESS WITH: TOPSPIN MEDIA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In regards to Topspin Media: After only a single transaction with Topspin Media - I know enough now to never do business with them again, nor will I do business with any company or artist using Topspin Media's services. My reason: On July 8th 2013, I was
billed $28.25 by Topspin Media for a pre-ordered copy of a limited-edition CD by Shpongle. Order#29033496. The band released the CD to the public on July 27th 2013. Today, it is now October 3rd 2013, and I still have nothing to show for my hard-earned money.
To make matters worse - Topspin Media has a system of 'smoke-and-mirrors' in place to hide themselves from those they've billed. Despite a half dozen attempts by myself at seeking a resolution to the matter through Topspin Media's email contact form - I HAVE
ONLY THIS RETURN ON MY VIOLATED TRUST: The certainty I personally will do everything possible to educate others to my dis-service by Topspin Media.
