In my opinion, this company is not reputable whatsoever. They emailed a sales contract for my timeshare property to me with a buyers name and requested a $4000.00 good faith escrow deposit. They would only accept a check by FedEx in which they arranged the courier. They stated that because the "closing date" was less than 1 month away, a credit card could not be used for this transaction. The company remained in contact with me up until the closing date. The closing NEVER took place! I can no longer get in touch with the company, leaving voice mails almost daily now for 2 months. I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund, but no one responds. DO NOT SEND THIS COMPANY MONEY! Once they have your money, you will not hear from them again. I am curious as to whether any buyers are actually dealing with this company.
The company asks for a check because your money is gone from your account before you realize you have been scammed! They don't accept a credit card because then you could dispute your charges. Makes sense, doesn't it? Contact the Florida state Attorney General's office and file a formal complaint if this happened to you. Also contact the Broward County Sheriff's Department.
The inventory manager, Nick Wilson, is really Nicolo Galante! Be cautious!
