Dreams do really come true
|
I met Joe through a homeownership tour. He spoke about the importance of having good credit to purchase a home. I have tried several credit repair companies in the past but none of them compare to The Phenix Group! I decided to call Joe in Jan 2020 to see if he would be able to help me get the credit score needed to purchase a home. I gave him what i thought to be an impossible task. My situation was that my lease was going to be up in April so I needed my credit repaired in a short amount of time because I had to move out of my apt. When he told me that he would be able to do it, in my head i was like no way he could do this in 4 months. When I had the consultation, it blew my mind! He was so thorough in explaining how this process was going to work. I had to take notes lol! He made sure I understood what my role would be in all of this and he made sure I understood what he and his team were going to do.
Everything he told me in the consultation happened and in March 2020, he called me and told me I could put my 30 day notice in to my landlord and that my score was good enough to obtain a mortgage. I was so happy hearing that and it honestly brought me to tears because I never thought that I would be able to actually buy a home.
On May 22nd I closed on my first home! I ran to my daughters screaming I did it. I got us a house. Your mom did it! We were high fiving and hugging lol. The joy I felt at that moment is indescribable.
I would not have been able to do this had it not been for Joe and his team! They are incredible and simply amazing. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Hands down one of the best companies I have ever worked with. I am forever thankful and grateful for all The Phenix Group has done.
I thank you, my daughters thank you and even my dog Neko thanks you because now he has a backyard and a patio to chill out on and he couldn't be happier. He absolutely loves it. He is always outside now. So Thank you again Joe for all you have done. I really appreciate everything you guys have done to make this homeownership dream come true.
