I started my business with The Loan Consultants in the summer of 2008 and have never regreted my decision. They showed me how to add another income stream to my current business and it's been one of the best decisions I have made. As a Real Estate Broker I was used to making a pretty good living but I knew things were changing. The R.E. market was pretty tough in '08 and I needed to find another way to generate commissions. I sold a lot of homes to people who were self employed and always wanted to get involved in finance biz but never could find the time. Then the R.E. market tanked and I had nothing but time.
After doing some research on how to get started I came across their ad and gave them a call. I'll admit I was skeptical at first but the more research I did, the more this seemed like it was the real deal. Anyway I decided to take the jump and went to training at the office in L.A. The training was great but for me the most important part was their support afterwards. I relied pretty heavily on them and they were always there to help. Right now I am kind of focusing on the high tech industry because there's alot of that in my area and theres plenty of deals out there.
The one thing I would caution people about is this is not a get rich quick thing. I have made some really good money doing this but I also put in the effort. If your prepared to do the same I would definately reccommend The Loan Consultants. If not, then you shouldn't buy any business.
