I recently purchased shutters from this company. I am very upset about the misrepresentation that our sales guy, Keith, claimed. He verbally lied to my face. When he was trying to sell me the shutters, I made it a point to tell him that I was going out of the country in 8 weeks and needed the shutters to be installed before I left. He assured me that they would be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks. It is now almost 7 weeks and I still don't have the shutters. When I called to complain and find out the status of my order, I was told they would be installed after I left. Over 2 months to make a few shutters??? When I was complaining to the customer service department, they couldn't help me. They told me that Keith would be in contact with me. He never did call. I had to call customer service again to let them know that I haven't heard from Keith. (I don't understand why customer service can't help me and they had to direct me to my sales guy. Isn't that what customer service is for??) I finally got a return phone call back from Keith but he didn't have any answers. He said that he would talk with the manufacturer and get back with me. He has yet to call me with the status. I think their customer service is horrible. They only cared about getting the sale. They charge you half of the order, which is not refundable, up front. Of course they know that you won't cancel and lose all of your money so why bother and take care of their customers? I would hate to see what their customer service would be like if we had issues with the shutters after they were installed. I will not use them for my upstairs windows. I would not recommend them to anybody.
