Company that needs to be investigated

They have an ongoing issue amongst all members. Number one they state that you will get payment within 4 weeks, its more like 8-10 weeks.
If you search the Internet or go to Survey Police and the Better Business Bureau, you will see that we all have the same complaint. They constantly refuse to pay their members and use the excuse, "Your ID wasn't captured, or your ID wasn't on our client's list" They call their members speedsters or cheaters, yet the information that they collect from them is used. You cant have it both ways.
They have tried not to pay me so many times, and told me that when they do choose to credit me, its a courtesy credit and that they weren't going to do it anymore.
So, I decided that I was going to protect myself and time invested. I started taking screen shots, one of the start and one of the last screen, that has a message that states I took and completed the survey. Then I post it to a document and add the start and finish time, the amount of time it took me, and the subject matter.
I also save the last page and email to myself in the same email that testspin emailed me, this way I have a time stamp of when I finished.
I also have events logs and temporary Internet files for each survey.
And even with all of this information, they just refused to pay me for 4 surveys, 2 on the same day; which I remember taking.
I have no other choice but to report them to the better business bureau, consumer affairs, and Internet fraud.
There are so many people going through this, but they haven't backed themselves up for protection as I have.
I have done everything but take their surveys with them looking over my shoulder, and even then, they would find some excuse not to pay me.
I am also thinking of starting a class action lawsuit, because with most members testspin in the only company doing this.
Don't sign up with them, run, they will rip you off
and unless you are willing to document everything
and fight for every dollar its just a waste of time
