This is the first time that I come across a company with such a poor customer service and bad service period. I has been 3 weeks since I pay to obtain the service and I still don't have it. Plus they keep on giving me excuses for the Tech not showing up, they don't return my calls and even worse they don't want to cancel my service that I don't even get. But that is not all, o no here comes the party, they told me since day one that the tech was going to my house to install the service on March 1st and I said o no if is going to take that long I don't want the service and guess what, today is the 26th of February and they are telling me that I will get it by no later than March 1st. NOT ONE POSITIVE THING TO SAY ABOUT THEM.
