I have had a bad experience with this company. The previous owner (who has passed away) signed a contract with them and I can not afford to keep up with a tracking system that doesn't work once a driver disconnects the head unit. I've offered to pay a penalty but they will not let my company out of the contract and they don't care if you can afford it or not they will not negotiate a fair deal to get out. I've spoke to several people there and the bank they use to no avail.

It is unfortunate that Ricardo did not get the full picture when he purchased the company from the original owner. Our Fleet Director tracking system had worked perfectly well for over 4 years before we heard from Ricardo who wanted to cancel the contract on the basis that he could no longer afford it. Unfortunately, our efforts to liaise with Ricardo did not succeed due to a lack of response on his part so we are perplexed by his version of events.
