A sales rep came to our business and suggested Telepacific for a better deal. But the contract we signed was not the real contract, which could only be found online. After much consideration we decided to go back to our original carrier. We cancelled the contract and now Telepacific is threatening to sue us. And now they're prices have mysteriously changed from the contract we signed. These guys are bad news. DON'T SIGN ANYTHING WITH THEM.
