This company is a scam. I bought a laptop battery online from them. It came very quickly but then didn't work. I returned it after following all their instructions but they didn't refund my money. I made many phone calls and sent many emails. They just kept sending me emails saying my replacement battery was back ordered. They do not answer their phone or reply by phone, only by email. I then checked this BBB site (wish I'd done it in the first place) and found over 85 complaints against them, all giving the same scenario I experienced. Since I had paid by VISA, I contacted my bank to file a complaint. I don't know what exactly happened, but my money was returned, either by the company or covered by VISA. Don't trust this company. I now ALWAYS attempt to check out a company through the BBB before buying online.
