I would not recommend this company to oversee contractor work of your rental home. They had very poor oversight of the work being done on my rental home, work that had cost me about $6000. They gave me contradictory information but took no responsibility for it. Upon personally inspecting the contractor work, I found several areas of deficits which were not addressed and I sensed that the management company was not even aware of these until I brought it up to their attention, but even then the deficits were not corrected. They then blamed me for complaining and prematurely terminated my 12 month contract with them with impunity. They did try to find renters for my properties with earnest, I must admit, though, which I appreciated. However, overall, I don't think that they have good/close oversight of the rental properties and there was fairly poor communication throughout the process with the owner (myself).
