Several weeks ago I first received a call from this company. At the time, the person I spoke to said I didn't have enough debt to join. Whew, that was a relief! Unfortunately, he had not gotten my figures correct. This error was caught by Brian F. who persistently called me over the next several weeks. Because of my lousy phone connection, I could never get the correct number to return his calls. I happened to be home today on a rare day off, and Brian's phone call woke me . I have about $300 every two weeks to make ends meet. If I need a pair of shoes, or the car needs work, someone isn't getting paid. I was tired of "robbing Peter to pay Paul". It took well over an hour on the phone to get everything documented, and for them to walk me through their website. Everything was very thorough and they got every name and amount correct the first time. I have been signed up for a payment plan that should have me out of debt in 36 months. It will be tight for a while, but the peace of mind will be well worth it. Every concern was answered thoroughly. I am feeling very confident about this arrangement; like a HUGE burden has been lifted from my shoulders. I'll be sure to write back and let you know how it works out.
