A company called me the other day and said they were gregory andrews a marketing company. The man on the phone asked me several questions to see if i was struggling with any bills. I said yes he then said well i know a law firm that can better assist you. Another Man got on the phone and said he was from Stratton & Feinstein , An he was an Attorney himself. So he Told me he could help me with my , credit cards , mortgage payments, ext. He Also told me I Need Not Make Any of These payments well i was in this 5-6 mnths program that was going tho get me in better finicial well being. He Then told me that it was going to be $6000 dollars , for this 5-6 mnth program. He then told me i could pay $1000 a month for 6 months or I could pay $1200 a month for only 5 months sounded like a good idea so i took the mans name an number. I then went on the BBB and Look At The Rating An Got the phone number to (s&f) an called and ask about the mane i talked to. They knew nothing of him or any Gregory Andrews marketing Company.

Our firm receives referrals on a daily basis of individuals who are in the process of negotiating credit card and other debts or in the process of being sued as a result of same. In turn, our staff members receive numerous telephone calls during the day from both existing and potential clients discussing their individual matters. On occasion a new staff member is given a name of some individual or company that he or she is unfamiliar with at the time. Sometimes, as what appears to have happened in this instance, the name of the outside referral company is mentioned and our staff person does not have individual knowledge of same. Our firm is actively representing our clients in all of their needs and is prepared to talk with this individual to straighten out any confusion that still remains.
