Because in my humble opinion anything above that is from their own staff. Feinstein was suspended for misconduct due to "billing problems". He hasn't changed his practices from what I can see. He had about 4 open complaints from the Better Busines Bureau
a few months ago for the same issue. I see he's closed all of them but one. His ethics are horrendous and from what I've observed he doesn't care about winning, just generating fees. He's a bad deal all the way around. Google his name and see what others say
before you hire this guy.
