If you plan on hiring an agent don't go here they will take your money and never help you.When i first called them they seem to be somewhat compitent but once they recieve what they want which is the money they don't even acknowledge who you are. I went there in february hoping that they could help me find a house in the begining I spoke to a girl named SCARLETT or ANNABELLE i guess she doesn't know her name. She told me about a house in downey that was for rent but it sounded to good to be true, but i went and looked at the place I liked it and i called her back she said she would get me an appointment that same day i waited for about an hour and called her back she told me the landlord was not answering so when i asked why she didn't let me know she said she was waiting to see if the owner would callback. After that day I tried to contact her many times but they would tell me she was with another client or on lunch. The good part was when i tried to get my money they would tell me to comeback on that day and kept giving me the runaround I finally spoke to the supervisor and he was worse DAVID is his name he would keep telling me that he wasn't the one that helped me and when I asked for my refund he would tell me to comeback too. All I want is the money that I gave them for a service that was never done GOD I DON'T KNOW HOW THIS IS CONSIDERED A BUSINESS !!!!! MISS TUCKER I HOPE YOU READ THIS and maybe get my money back.
