Very poor customer service. How? Not only are the examination charges outlandishly expensive but when it was time to pick up my designer eyeglasses, poor attention to detail by office staff caused my frames to be bent so awkwardly out of shape, that this once expensive frame now looks very cheap. I thought the original fittings for my frame weeks back were already set, but when I received my frame, that was not the case. The adjustments made with my frames at the time of pickup were so bad (technician was not the person who helped me that day), I decided to leave after more than 10 times to adjust my frame and they still did get this right. Why? Not enough qualified technicians at this office. Complained to the office for refund of my frames out of disgust, no refunds were offered whatsover. Did not accept the offices' remedies which was to purchase my own frame and have them adjust that frame again. Are you kidding me? Don't go to this office. I regretted ever since why I came to this office. This office won the 'Best of LA' nomination just recently for the best Optometry in Southern California. I don't think so!!! This office probably paid for this nomination to win.
