Happy to say, we didn't have these negative issues. My wife ordered it online and it arrived on schedule. My wife opted out of automatic monthly deliveries with no trouble.
The product seems to do what it says. It has me down to 2-3 real cigarettes a day with the E-cig filling the gaps. I will say that the filters don't last as long as they quote, but then, my car doesn't get the gas mileage they quoted either. So there ya go.
Bottom line, I like it better than the gum (tastes like crap) and the patches (very hard to light).
