Smartsource commonly known by consumers for online printable coupons is basically a fireball waiting to explode for the benefit of its consumer based agenda.
Logically, if all functions perfectly while accessing their website at
http://www.smartsource.com
your coupons will print out as anticipated.
But, as technology changes so does the need of companies such as SmartSource to change with that process.
The benefits to consumers could be far greater than anticipated as it is one of the two leading online printable coupon outlets for consumers to save money from their grocery expenditures.
But,as Internet browsers update their versions, SmartSource does NOT update its browser plug-ins.This lack of plug-ins being deployed by Smartsource takes monies away from their business and savings away from its consumers whom visit their website.
Case in point,You are running Firefox version 3.6 and become directed to print a coupon via Smartsource.Your arrival is described as not having java enabled,or not having coupon printer installed,BUT in fact the problems are not java enabled,nor coupon printer installed,
BUT in fact, the problems remain that Smartsource has yet to implement themselves to provide a browser plug-in for your Firefox 3.6 browser.
You could simply switch to Internet Explorer,but often you have been directed to smartsource while visiting a client manufacture's website,so wasted time becomes an issue.
The end results are start keeping up with Smartsource provided browser plug-ins before your company realizes its client base has disappeared.
As problems continue for coupons to become printed,consumers such as myself suggest to their manufactures to contact your competitor and drop yourselves.
That is my solution to your lack of browser provided plug-ins.
It is your company whom needs to address the concerns of consumers, not myself.
Consider this example, if you the consumer are capable of printing the online printable coupon today, what is to say that as your default browser becomes updated,that smartsource shall be providing that needed plug-in for you. Today, you access your coupons, tomorrow you are floating in my sinking boat.Understand?
If I were employed by this company,the last thing i would wish is to lose client based consumers whom discuss their difficulties to manufacture's websites until that client of Smartsource decides to "jump ship" over to coupons.com Bricks coupons.
I prefer to have access to coupons from SmartSource as well as its competitor,BUT my mission to obtain the coupon,not operate your business.
My review reflects my own frustration of this company several years ago, whom was far superior at its business to now whom are in effect losing revenue because they can not addressing their own problems.
Smartsource is a company not in business to lose revenue, so why lose business to those whom wish to print your coupons, BUT can not print them because yourselves are not capable to address issues such as browser plug-ins and automatically direct consumers to issues such as not having java enabled or not having printer plug-in when both are present.
I say, go back to the drawing board,develop those browser plug-ins before other Internet browser update their versions as well,then your problems shall become even worse.
