As a result of an accident, I brought my Honda VTX 1800 to this shop and had agreed with Chris the service manager to repair the damages. This place does not know how to repair high end motorcycles, the new muffler they recommended was improperly installed and numerous calls and attempts to Dwane the manager were ignored. Out of desperation, I finally went directly to his office about two weeks later and he said “oh I never received your messages?” I started up my motorcycle and he agreed that it did not sound right it was extremely loud miss firing, rattling and vibrating excessively. The repair at this shop took a lot longer than other shops I have talked to, they are rude and you can never get a straight answer from them. When my insurance company called them to ask for the date of the completion of the repair, they told the insurance company that the records were deleted, I have never heard of motorcycle shops deleting customer records within days of repair. My motorcycle which was always garaged was left out in the lot in rain and shine while they were waiting for the parts which took over a month, all in all if I had to redo this, I would never have taken my motorcycle to this shop for repairs. I am extremely unhappy with my out of pocket expenses with insurance company due to their poor record keeping and deleting of current records. Poor installation of muffler on repair leads to rattling and excessive vibration and noise. I would caution anyone thinking of doing business with them to think twice.
