Great Mattress, Great Price, Customer Service Fell Short

I'll start this review by saying that my wife and I love the mattress and the price was great. We purchased the SELECT-Cirrus Elite 12" Eastern King Mattress along with a metal bed frame and mattress protector and the foundation was included at no cost. The mattress is very comfortable, my wife and I sleep much better than we did on our spring mattress and we no longer wake up with any soreness. I ordered the mattress, metal bed frame, protector and foundation on 9/16/2014. Everything but the mattress arrived within a week. The actual mattress didn't arrive until the first week in November which was annoying, however, when it finally arrived the set up was easy and only took 10-15 minutes. While I was waiting for the mattress, customer service was helpful in explaining the delay and offered me two natural, king-size latex pillows at no cost for having to wait so long. They also gave me a 5% credit for the lengthy delay. That was very nice and I definitely appreciated the accommodations. However, since the first week of November I've sent 14 emails asking when I would receive the pillows I was promised and have been told 5 times that they would alert the shipping department and the pillows would be shipped in a day or two. It's January 14, 2015 and I've yet to receive the pillows so I just sent my 15th email asking if I'll ever receive them. They're free pillows so I'm not losing sleep over this but to promise something and then make the customer have to follow up 15 times, so far, to possibly receive them is very disappointing. I would have purchased additional products from Select Foam in the future considering our kids will need new mattresses and I love the mattress quality and price but I'm not sure it's worth the risk because as it stands now, I have no confidence I'd ever receive the products if I ordered them.
