Horrible Customer Service
|
Ugh - it's so frustrating. Just rude behavior. The last straw: I just got my car back from being serviced and it came back filthy. Their attitudes there are just like the other reviewer pointed out - they don't care if they lose one customer, they have plenty others. The loaner car is a joke. You'll never get one. And they never know when they will be back. How can you not know that stuff. The General Manager doesn't even return calls because his assistant first asks you "Is this a complaint?" (Red Flag that this is something that happens all the time) - when you say "Yes" - you never get a call back. Call again and you get the same thing. There's really no where to turn. I called Audi Corporate and filed a complaint but they say the dealerships are on their own. Beverly Hills Dealership is supposedly where all Unhappy Santa Monica Audi customers turn to - they treat customers like you would expect. I really just want to get out of my lease and leave Santa Monica Audi, but they don't make that a choice unless you want to pay out lots of money. I get that. I would have been happy to keep my lease if they were not rude, but I don't even want to walk in to the dealership ever again. I'll use Beverly Hills Audi. I've been with Audi for 8 years - they should have just let me out of my lease a few months early and then sold my car with less miles on it. At least that would make up for something. And of course, not everyone has a bad attitude there , some guys are great there (my leasing manager Chris was great), but the bad eventually takes over any good. There is just no respect, unless you are paying them big money for their highest end vehicle.
