The company sells unsafe products. Their shutter louvers fall out and are dangerous to people and children. The company is unresponsive, and won't take any complaints, they just ignore you. The product is designed poorly, and the company people do not tell you the dangers ahead of time. What they offer as DYI ends up costing over thousand dollars in installation.
Overall, my recommendation is not to do business with these people.
