I am a new home owner and recently several of the outlets in 2 of my restrooms went out. Not knowing anything about handy work around my house, no less electrical problems. I called Safe-way Electric Company right away after finding them through this website.
The receptionist picked up right away. I spoke with Brittany, she was very nice and patient with me while I tried to explain the problems I was having. She advised me about the services that they offer. I continued to ask her more detailed questions and related estimates. She was knowledgeable and also offered to look and see if there were any of the electricians in the office right at that time. She looked through the office for an electrician and luckily there was one available.
A very nice man by the name of Glen was transferred on to the line. I explained the problems I was having. He walked me through (--literally-- while I was on my cell phone) how to check a few things. He explained kindly and in simple terms what possibly happened with the outlets and the possible reasons why. It turns out he is the owner of the business!
I was very intimidated about calling an electrician. I was scared about costs and about what kind of service I would receive. Now, I am extremely pleased I chose to call Safe-way Electric Co! So pleased in fact that I am going to have a few new ceiling fans installed!
