I agree with all of the reviews below - this is SCAM and the product does not work - it's sad that Oprah and Dr. Oz are seen as promoting this product. After attempting to get through to the phone number for almost 1 month, I finally got ahold of an agent and have talked to several in the past 1 1/2 months in regards to cancelling my order and receiving a refund on a charge that was should not be on my account. There is no record of any of the phone calls that have been made on my account so I have to tell the whole story over and over again each time I call, even though they put me on hold and claim they are putting a note on my account in regards to my concern. I have been attempting to get a refund and the agent tells me that the charge failed therefore they never received the money and cannot authorize a refund. They suggested I fax proof of the charge through my bank account to them which I attempted to do and the fax number does not work. When asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, I was told they are really busy and usually unavailable, the agent would not transfer me and I got tired of arguing. One agent tried to tell me I have been charged for my trial bottle and one other bottle only which is a lie - I have been charged for 4 bottles total. I hope this company gets shut down
