Well Sam you must have been the lucky one because Reliant SCAMS people me being one of them they took my money did nothing never could get in touch with anyone now come to find out they are going out of business on april 24th and I am out of luck $3000.00 worth of luck. Doug Moore of Reliant IS A SCAMMER as well never returns calls and lies to you and then expects you to lie to the bank as well.
My contract clearly stated money will be refunded 100% if they could not obtain a modification for me but I guess it means nothing to these scammers they must get paid alot of money to break peoples hearts and bank accounts@!
